You must be at least 21 years old to register and use philbos. This is a hard requirement under Philippine law. philbos verifies age during KYC and may suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold only one philbos account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
All philbos bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until requirements are met. Full bonus terms are provided at the time of each offer.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. philbos processes withdrawals in PHP via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. Unverified accounts are limited to deposits and gameplay only.
Collusion, use of bots or automated software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and relevant PAGCOR regulatory processes.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the philbos Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and philbos regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

philbos reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by philbos may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Each individual is permitted to hold one philbos Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any additional information requested during the registration or KYC process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. philbos will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. You must notify philbos immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
philbos reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
philbos accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, QR Ph, and GrabPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at philbos's discretion.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made on your behalf by another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform. philbos does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.
philbos reserves the right to run anti-money-laundering checks on deposits and may delay the crediting of funds where such checks are in progress.
Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed the philbos KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method (e.g., GCash registered to your name).
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines stated on the Cashier page at the time of the request. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to three (2–3) business days.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. philbos reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
philbos does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by philbos are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and time limits. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified for each bonus.
philbos reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or other prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
Members may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting philbos support. Once a bonus has been activated and wagering has begun, it cannot be reversed.
All games available on the philbos Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.
philbos uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for its digital games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party live dealer studios whose fairness certifications are maintained independently.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error in any game or service, philbos reserves the right to void any bets affected and refund stakes at its discretion. philbos is not liable for any winnings derived from a technical malfunction.
Decisions made by philbos regarding disputes about game outcomes are final, provided they are not inconsistent with the applicable game rules and are made in good faith.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.
All content on the philbos Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, and the overall design — is the property of philbos or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, or creating derivative works of any philbos content.
The philbos name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any philbos trademark is strictly prohibited.
philbos collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
philbos may be required to share Member information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with anti-money-laundering investigations, fraud prevention, or as otherwise required by Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, philbos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
philbos's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
philbos does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access the Platform at their own risk.
philbos may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if philbos suspects fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
Upon termination for breach, any outstanding balance associated with the Account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law and PAGCOR regulations.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting philbos support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the philbos Platform, shall first be submitted to philbos's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority, including PAGCOR where applicable.
Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
philbos reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
